Sol Foods Market and Deli is located in Springdale, Utah, at the main entrance to Zion National Park. We are adjacent to the Springdale and Zion shuttle stops, as well as the pedestrian entrance to the Park. Sol Foods Supermarket and Deli is your one-stop choice for groceries, camping supplies and healthy and affordable dining. Our supermarket carries a wide variety of food, including organic produce, fine cheeses, a large beer selection, freshly baked bread, souvenirs, camping supplies and every food type that you would not expect in a small town market.
Our restaurant features a fantastic salad bar, an extensive selection of vegetarian options, fresh baked goods, homemade soups, hamburgers, buffalo burgers, children's menu, a breakfast buffet and great sandwiches and wraps that you can eat in or take-out. The view from our outdoor patio is unparalleled in the canyon and is the only dining option on the banks of the Virgin River. We can provide catered food to go or rent our back patio and have your event here.
Our patio has a stage and sound system available for rent. We also host occasional free music on our stage, so come have a locally brewed draft beer and relax after a great day of hiking in the Park.
