Sol Foods has been in Zion Canyon since 2000. Julie and Max Gregoric, along with their son Zach and daughter Zoe, bring their lively and innovative spirits to this family-owned business. Julie has combined her extensive background in the ski resort hospitality industry, with her love of healthy but delicious food, to create the Sol Foods deli menus and grocery store selections. A home construction contractor by trade, Max contributes his business management skills to this professionally run business with a small town personable appeal. Sol Foods employees are some of the friendliest happiest (and maybe hippest) folks you'll find during your visit to Zion Canyon. Feel free to strike up a conversation about a favorite hike recommendation or gain insight into the culture and "soul" of our wonderful canyon community. Max and Julie Gregoric also own the El Rio Lodge - a motel located in the heart of Springdale. It is a clean and affordable option for lodging, located in the heart of Springdale.
