Deposit and Payment and Information

To confirm your sandwich order, a 50 percent deposit is required two weeks prior to your scheduled lunch. Payment may be made by check, Visa or Mastercard, with final payment due on arrival. If ordering within two weeks of your lunch, we accept the aforementioned credit cards over the telephone (between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm MST).

If you are faxing your order, please keep in mind that the lunch is not confirmed until you receive an e-mail, fax or telephone confirmation from us. Refund of your deposit will be made only if your cancellation notice is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lunch. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you to Sol Foods!
