Sol Foods DOES NOT accept returns UNLESS:

  • There was an error during check out at the register.
  •  The item is spoiled, damaged, or expired.
  • A non-food retail is brought back in its original packaging or with the tags still on.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and the receipt must be present at time of return.

Under NO circumstances do we accept returns for:

  • Food, flowers, batteries, or OTC drugs.
  • Any goods marked “as is,” “no returns,” “all sales final,” “TPR” (Temporary Price Reduction) or similar language
  • Custom orders.
  • Goods not returned with their original package.
  • Firewood or ice.
