“Sol Foods is a grocery store with a tremendous deli. Fresh made foods abound with a wide selection of sandwiches and entrees like lasagna and chicken. There is a salad bar and soup bar, several prepared salads, sushi, and other cold items. Lots of healthy items. You have to park underneath and use boxes they have piled up inside to package your items or buy a bag for a small price.”

“This place is incredible! So well-equipped for being in such a small towns. They had more vegan options than we are able to find in most commercial grocery stores in Toronto. We were very impressed. They also sell souvenirs, camping supplies, etc. – you name it.”
